We owe this to those girls who were not born because someone else decided their fate!
Theme of our campaign: We will no longer plead for
the lives of unborn girls by centering the loss of sisters or daughters because
all those who are part of this crime, have let go off this sentiment ages ago.
We will rather talk about the extinction of women by highlighting the
difference we have made with our existence.
Our campaign will involve women who nurture their household, raise
children to give better citizens to the societies, to those women who have
taken up the reins to implement changes such in political world, to medical
field and to all walks of life.
This crusade has 3 dimensions:
-Print: Female
writers are submitting articles for this which are being published by renowned
news papers in Canada as well as India; and at the end, we will release them in
a book format. Submit and article.
-Broadcast: We are making a documentary film. We ask people
to send in mobile video footage or pictures wearing pink scarf and posters with
name of the campaign to show support.
-Local: We are holding rallies/walks and assemblies at many
places around the world. You can also organize event with group of friends and
send us pictures.
